I'm a Republican--have been since 1978--but if Mark Warner wins the Democratic nomination in 2008, I'll vote for him. In fact, I'd consider changing my registration to be able to vote for him in the primary. When I was in the Air Force, I lived in Virginia during Mr. Warner's governorship, and was continually impressed by his intelligence and the way he improved Virginia's government.
